Sometimes I do my best problem solving over Thai food with Wichita By E.B. and Fert The Foodie. Not because they give good advice. Nope. Just because I’m able to get all the bad ideas out of the way in one full swoop.
Luckily when I needed to get some problem solving done the other day, we were able to find a new Thai food truck in Wichita called Siam Pinto. They have a pretty solid menu.
Wichita By E.B. ordered the Pad Kee Mao (B4) and then one of the curries. And Fert the Foodie ordered the Siam Basil Fried Rice (B2) and some spring rolls. Meanwhile, I ordered the Pad See Ew (B3) along with the Potstickers. Wichita By E.B. calls potstickers the American version of chicken nuggets. But, on the other hand, Eddy also thinks a Big Mac tastes good. So, ya know.
I enjoyed my meal! It was tasty. But I think I liked Fert’s the most. But that is because of the sauce that comes with it. It was pretty gas and fire. As in hot and tasty. It’s that sauce you can see red peppers in. And yeah, the potstickers were good as well.
Siam Pinto is always parked at the Meineke Car Care Center on the west side over by W. 21st N. & N. Amidon. Check their page if you want to see when you can swing by. That’s not my job.
