I took an old dude to Station 8 BBQ in Wichita, Kansas. And when I went, I took him through the back door. And when I walked in I asked an employee if I could get him seated while I waited in line since he could not stand in line. The answer was obviously “yes.” And then I waited in line. And then when we ate, another employee was so kind to the old man, continually checking in as he downed his ribs and Mac and cheese. I told him the Mac is a must — the pasta is made by FioRito Ristorante.
Thank you, Station 8, for being bad ass. Oh, and also, thank you for the delicious Molasses Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Ribs, Bologna, Brisket, Texas Brownies and of course — the Mac & Cheese.
Station 8 BBQ is located at 1100 E. Third St. N. in Wichita. Don’t go there unless you want to get a new addiction.
